Right now, something is challenging in the world, for our humanity, you are part of it, you may feel it.
You may feel down.
Fear can lead to anger and violence. Fear destroys your reality.
We create our reality faster than ever! Attracting what we feel.
The most important thing you can learn and do right now is to overcome your fear or your fears, your anxiety.
Because you create your reality by your
feelings, your emotions.
The feeling is the secret! Because you create your reality by the emotions.
You imprint your feelings into your subconscious and then attract precisely that, and this creates your reality.
One important thing to know is that when you eliminate one fear, another one comes to replace it. Your fears tell you what you can or cannot do.
Fear drains you of all your Power, your limitless Inner Power.
But when you overcome fear, this opens up the kind of life you have always dreamed of living. Being truly You! With bliss!

How do you feel?
- Do you feel your energy is depleting, exhausting?

Nurturing is key. But not only: Expand your sense of grounding with:
Reevaluate your life, your habits, your existence, the way you think, the way your emotions drive you, and the way you create your future from your emotions to your actions.
To remove anxiety, to create more confidence, you absolutely need to align yourself to your highest YOU! ⠀
Overcoming my fears led me to live the life I always wanted to live. Moreover, I have learned not to let these fears command my entire life.
All the fears in my past didn’t design my future. Because I stayed strong. I wrote this one day: “Within every broken woman rises a strong woman.” Are you on your journey to nurturing yourself to being your highest You?
My advice right now:
Use the ‘healing journaling process’:
- In taking a simple piece of paper, write down how you are feeling. All your emotions. All of them.
- Right now, by doing this, you honor your emotions.
- Acknowledge your emotions, recognize and accept your feelings.
- This creates space where you allow deeper emotions to rise up.
- Feel the healing happening like a warm feeling circulating within you.
- Listen to meditation music, soft music.
- And let the pain dissolve as you explore the love replacing the pain.
You are solving your fear, your pain, your anxiety, and you replace it with faith.
What else can you do?
- Use the quiet moment: actually, the silence is beneficial more than you think. It restores your nervous system bringing you quality energy, enhancing creativity, clear thinking, plus your cardiovascular system.
- Breathing deeply for 5 minutes allows you even more healing. And you find out that taking life more simple, with gratitude, dissipates the emotions that are rising up.
- Accept that your emotion is a signal to prepare you for something. Take it with recognition and appreciation.
- Then dive into the action with confidence. And you will feel better while doing, creating, and accomplishing.

How to Fortify your Life with your emotions?
The feeling is the secret!
To fortify your life, feeling alive, feeling happy, feeling grateful in your environment, your relationships, with faith is the unmistakable-spark.
Be mindful of your intentions for your everyday life; with love, that is a way to galvanize your sense of who you are.
Of what your purpose is, your highest self,
A sense of meaning.
This way is the nurturing way to start in your morning with your intentions, prayers, love.
Get yourself so strong with your truth, your true self, your limitless you, to be, do, and have anything you dream of.
To be in love with the person you dreamed of being. Because you are that person inside.
Be full of life and love, and show up improving yourself, do not compare yourself.
So today, set the intention to be your true self, living your emotions to nurture, love, and nourish all your experiences and relationships to live up in faith to the love, the light, the passion, the integrity of who you are.
