Millennials \u2014 the generation born between the early 1980s and 2000 (so in 2017 between 37 and 17 years old for the youngest)<\/i><\/p>\n

FROM A PARENT TO MY MILLENNIAL CHILD(REN)<\/h3>\n

I can see you are growing, becoming an adult now, and maturing,
\nYou listen to me – you listen to me and don’t interrupt me – you listen to what I have to tell you \u2013<\/p>\n

Your life is immensely precious to me;<\/p>\n

You have to know that!<\/p>\n

Imagine that what you LIVE…I LIVE IT too!
\nWhat you FEEL… I FEEL IT too!<\/b><\/p>\n

and not only you but also each one of your brothers – 4 of them, I have 5 sons.
\nAlexander what you live I live it too – not entirely of course but partially and this affects me,
\nand it is the same for all of your other siblings,
\nFor your brother Julien,
\nand it is the same for Matthew,
\nand the same for Frantz,
\nand also for Hugo,
\nAll that you live, I live it too – So make everything as smooth as possible <\/b>\u2013<\/p>\n

This is my message to my millennial children!<\/p>\n

Many times, it happened to me, that I give advice to my teens, each one of them, any of my now Millennials, going to or getting into some new adventures, or endeavors.<\/p>\n

Do they listen?<\/p>\n

Nope, never!
\nIt seems they never listen!<\/p>\n

With our millennial teens or young adults, it seems we talk to them when the issue or the problem has already occurred.
\nAfter a while, it is important to teach them the basic:<\/p>\n

\u201clessons learned.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Lessons learned are experiences distilled from a project that should be actively taken into account in future projects.
\nAnd this can apply to any kind of project!<\/p>\n

The ‘been there, done that!\u2019<\/b> this is something all moms\/dads know about when they have teens or Millennials.<\/p>\n

Live from our experience is not a choice for our children!
\nOur children need to experience their own life, going through struggles, and challenges. But as a parent, it is our soul-greatest-celestial job to give them guidance, spiritual advice, like a mentor would do. Give them our Love via our prevention.<\/p>\n

The best of my own motto would be \u2018lessons learned\u2019<\/b>!<\/p>\n

Lessons learned can make all the difference on future \u2018projects\u2019 and help them to succeed, but first, they must be pin-pointed and remembered.
\nWith my 20+year-5Millennial-mom-experience, it becomes clear to me<\/b> that in any millennial problem-story, there are two major black points<\/b>; that show up very frequently:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A misunderstanding between friends or confusion with any other person starts a messy situation, when, in reality, the dispute is always minor in the first place. For instance, as ridiculous as a clash about who smoked my last cigarette \u2013 who took my favorite pants or tee-shirt \u2013 who played and shut down my electronic-game-console and messed up all my scores. A friend\u2019s argument for being with other friends at a planned time for 2 or 3, and ended up with more. And it grows.<\/li>\n
  2. A habit of taking unnatural or addictive substances to pretend at an enhanced experience and to reach a sort of illusion-world as a way of \u2018feeling\u2019 in a particular situation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
